The deadline for placing an order is on Saturday at 8am for your Sunday delivery.

This would make the perfect gift! All you need to do is leave a note during the checkout stage and I will do the rest.

Of course! As long as you notify me of necessary changes by the Friday the week of your scroll delivery, orders can be changed.

If given a weeks notice from delivery date I would be happy to provide a full refund.

Orders go out for delivery on Sunday. You can expect to receive your order anytime from 10am until 4pm. However, times may vary. If you need your scrolls for a specific time, leave a note at checkout and this can be organised!

No. Unless other arrangements have been made delivery is the only option.

This may be because you are outside of my delivery area! Just send me a message with your postcode and as long as you are in Auckland, we can make it happen!

I store my scrolls either in the fridge or in a cool dark place.

Scrolls are best enjoyed the day of delivery but they have a shelf life of roughly five days.

No! The cream cheese gives the frosting it's fluffy texture and is only a subtle taste. If you are not a massive fan of cream cheese this should be no issue for you.

Yes. To organise a bulk order please send me an email.

Personally, I heat mine up in the microwave but at room temperature is also delicious. If storing in the fridge, I would suggest letting the scrolls come to room temperature if not heating up.
